For the next six weeks, that is what Meta Bytes is helping students at Halmstad University Halmstad University discover. The students are part of HighFive Business Incubator’s Get to work, a program where the students this time will design a use case for blockchain in real challenges experienced by companies.
The challenge is about water usage and the students will look into how blockchain can be used in a regional project called “Vattenprojektet” with the aim of increasing transparency and reducing water consumption.
Yesterday, Meta Bytes introduced the concept of blockchain to the students and in the coming weeks we will dig deeper into this revolutionary and disruptive technology and design a real use case of blockchain technology in the food chain with the purpose of saving water.
