Meta Bytes recently finished the last session in our product discovery and project management course with Young Entrepreneurs of Halland. Over the course of six sessions, we have talked about how to turn a genius idea into technical reality - covering topics such as user journeys, defining an MVP, business case analysis, time estimation and creating a technical backlog, seeking funding for a product and agile project management.
